When Deakon designed Fear - The Art of Selling ®, we kept in mind the six (6) key Adult Learning Principles:

We use a number of mediums including - PowerPoint, Video's, Scripts, Templates & other Interactive activities to keep everyone engaged. Participants in our sales classes are regularly asked for input and to share their own experiences with the group.
